My video looks blurry#

Re-run at a higher quality tier (FHD or 4K). Make sure your source photos are at least 1920×1080.

Generation is stuck#

Generations rarely run longer than 10 minutes. If yours is past that, refresh Generation history — failed jobs auto-refund credits.

I didn't get my credits after subscribing#

Credits arrive after Paddle confirms the payment webhook. This usually takes under a minute. If they're missing after 5 minutes, contact us with your transaction ID.
